I am surprised that this Air Conditioning Company will not install a BNEW AIRCONDITIONER that we purchased . Roux came highly recommended, we are really disappointed.

Very poor service from Roux aircon, aircon making a cracking noise. Poor communication re complaint, 3 months later.

I signed up for the new air-conditioner maintenance service. It is easier paying monthly and let Roux schedule maintenance at the required intervals.
