I am surprised that this Air Conditioning Company will not install a BNEW AIRCONDITIONER that we purchased . Roux came highly recommended, we are really disappointed.

Very poor service from Roux aircon, aircon making a cracking noise. Poor communication re complaint, 3 months later.
