I would like to take a moment to commend your team comprised of Vusi, Simpiwe and Elliot. We were bowled over by the efficient, time conservative, neat and quiet way that they worked. This team were very respectful of our home and animals, taking care never to leave a door open. They worked very neatly, we found little or no dust, they picked up all waste, plastic, screws and packaging after themselves, they worked rapidly and finished one job before going on to the next. Above all they were quiet and did not spend time “resting” or chatting amongst themselves, quite extraordinary. They also left my ablution facilities neat and clean. Your company has been true to quote and effective with it. We thank them and you for that.

I was told by two companies that my ducted system at home couldn’t be repaired. Problem was that replacing it with a newer version would damage my newly refurbished ceilings. So, I contacted Roux Air for a third opinion. They immediately spotted the problem, quickly sourced a compatible replacement part and the original system was up and running in a few days, at a fraction of the cost. Speaks for itself…
