Installation Area: VRV system for all office zones.
Description:The newly built offices were equipped with Daikin VRV. Allowing individual control in each zone. VRV is one of the worlds most efficient systems available, boasting the lowest energy consumption rate in its class. The sleek indoor unit designs compliment the new office style and decor. The entire office can be run on Solar energy.

Description: The home of Tendai “The Beast” Mtawarira was fitted with Samsung Inverter Midwall Split and ducted units.

Description: Each of the 108 luxury apartments was fitted with a Midea fixed speed ducted system cooling the entire apartment. Roux Air also did extraction to every bathroom on the development.
